Distribution Agreement

!%Rice Camera Technologies Inc.%! of Billerica, Mass., has entered into an exclusive distribution agreement with !%14732%%Telops Inc.%! of Quebec City. The former company will support US customers by providing Telops’ IR cameras and hyperspectral systems to qualified customers in the US. The Canadian company designs and produces optoelectronic systems for the defense, aerospace and telecommunications industries. Rice Camera Technologies markets and supports camera and camera technologies for industrial and military applications.
