France’s Photonics West Contingent 22 Exhibitors Strong

Ubifrance, in partnership with the CNOP (National Committee for Optics and Photonics), announced that 22 exhibitors will gather at the French Pavilion at the Photonics West trade show later this month.

The French Pavilion, located at booths 1023 and 1123 in the Moscone Center South Hall, will extend over a 180-sq. m surface area. Exhibitors who are CNOP members include Bordeaux Route des Lasers and Optitec, as well as Bretagne International agency.

Photonics is acknowledged by the European Commission as one of the five key technologies of the 21st century. The French optic photonics industry represents about 1000 companies and nearly 50,000 direct jobs.

Aside from the defense market, the French optics industry is making strides into the security, aeronautics, automotive, space, health, telecommunications, instrumentation and industrial processes markets.

The French companies will unveil their latest products at the exhibit in San Francisco.

Exhibitors include: A. A Opto-Electronics, Alpao, Aurea Technology, Azur Light Systems, Bretagne International, Eolite Systems, Fibercryst, GL Events Exhibitions, Indatech, Innoptics, ISP System, Ixfiber, Keopsys, Kerdry, Microcertec, New Imaging Technologies, Perfos, Phasics, Pop Sud, Route Des Lasers, Savimex and Teemphotonics.
