Zygo's Vice President of Operations Departs
MIDDLEFIELD, Conn., Aug. 31 -- Zygo Corp. announced that Mark J. Bonney has resigned as vice president of operations in order to assume the position of president of Axsys Technologies Inc. Bonney joined Zygo in 1993 and served as CFO before taking on his most recent role as vice president of operations. He has agreed to make himself available to assist Zygo with transition matters on a limited basis. Mark has been instrumental during his seven years with the company in advancing Zygo's efforts to be the leading supplier of productivity-enhancing solutions to high technology industries, said Gary K. Willis, Zygo's chairman and CEO.
