Gelest Appoints Leonarduzzi

Gelest Inc. announced the appointment of Gianni Leonarduzzi as its Western Region sales manager.

Based in the San Francisco Bay area, Leonarduzzi will be responsible for managing all sales activities, including direct sales, in the territories of California, Arizona, Washington, Oregon, New Mexico, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, Wyoming, Idaho and Montana.

With more than 30 years of experience in the chemical industry, Leonarduzzi joins Gelest after a six-year tenure as director of marketing at Matheson Gas.

Gelest manufactures commercial and research quantities of organosilicon compounds, metal-organic compounds and silicones. In addition, it provides application support for semiconductors, optical materials, pharmaceutical synthesis, diagnostics and separation science, and specialty polymeric materials.
