Institute Names New Committee Members

The Institute of LSI (large-scale integration) Testing (ILSIT) of Osaka, Japan, has announced that DCG Systems and !%Hamamatsu Photonics%! have been elected to membership on its organization committee. Members include technology leaders from Toyota Motors, Renesas Electronics, Oita University, the University of Tokyo, Osaka University, Hitachi High-Technology, JEOL Ltd. and Toshiba. DCG and Hamamatsu have been added as the third and fourth vendor on this committee. ILSIT sponsors the LSI Testing Symposium, a technical conference in Japan dedicated to the diagnostics and testing of LSI circuits. The conference is held in cooperation with the Institute of Electronics, Information and Communication Engineering; the Japan Society of Applied Physics; the Reliability Engineering Association of Japan; and the Union of Japanese Scientists and Engineers.
