OptoTest Growth Spurs Office Expansion

With increased revenue and rapid growth, OptoTest announced it has purchased adjacent office space to double its workplace to roughly 11,000 sq. ft.

The new space will comfortably incorporate state-of-the-art testing and training specifically for insertion and return loss testing for multi-fiber termination push-on (MTP) connectors, the company said.

The MTP ribbon fiber market has grown over the past few years because of new applications for the MTP connector. These include networks, computers and aerospace connectors.

The firm’s growth has been spurred by the recent launch of three new products: OP280, Remote Head Integrating Sphere and OP931.
