Semiconductor Veteran Joins Bridgelux Board

LED lighting and technologies solutions provider Bridgelux Inc. announced the appointment of George de Urioste to its board of directors. He will serve as the chairman of the board’s audit committee.

De Urioste brings to the position more than 30 years of experience in the semiconductor and enterprise software industries. He is also a certified public accountant.

Prior to joining the company, de Urioste served as interim chief financial officer and as interim chief operating officer at Marvell Technology. Before that, he held senior management positions at Chordiant Software Inc., Remedy Corp. and Saba Software Inc.
