The company said the success was due largely in part to its German subsidiary, Optics Balzers Jena GmbH, whose 30-member team was responsible for a 60 percent boost in sales. To increase the production capacities, the company said three new jobs will be created in Jena.
"The markets have recovered perceptibly, and customers have approached us with numerous new and promising projects. We are therefore now seeking committed specialists to strengthen our team,” said Stefan Jakobs, managing director of Optics Balzers Jena.
