GT Solar Receives $460M Order

!%GT Solar International Inc.%! of Merrimack, N.H., has received a $460.4 million order for its advanced sapphire crystallization furnaces from a new market entrant. GT Solar provides polysilicon production technology as well as sapphire and silicon crystalline growth systems and materials for the solar, LED and other specialty markets. The large single order represents a milestone for the company.
