Intense CCO Laughlin Promoted to CEO

Kevin Laughlin has been appointed chief executive officer at Intense Inc., the company announced.

Most recently serving as the company’s chief commercial officer, Laughlin brings to the new position experience in laser design and optics applications, and senior level positions in product management, sales and marketing. He began his career at Intense when he was hired as vice president of sales in 2006.

Intense provides single and multimode monolithic laser array products, high-power single-emitter laser diodes and electro-optical subsystems.
