Ruggieri Named Dynasil CEO, Board Member

Dynasil Corp. of America has promoted President Steven K. Ruggieri to the position of CEO and appointed him to the board of directors.

He had been president of Dynasil since April 2011. He becomes the eighth member of the company’s board.

Ruggieri has more than 32 years of experience in the research, defense, security and technology markets. Before joining Dynasil, a detection, analysis and sensing technology maker, he worked at Foster Miller and its successor company, Qinetiq Group North America.
