Teledyne Acquiring Companies

!%Teledyne RD Instruments Inc.%!, a subsidiary of Teledyne Technologies Inc. of Thousand Oaks, Calif., has entered an agreement to acquire BlueView Technologies Inc. of Seattle. The closing of the transaction, which is subject to various conditions including the approval of BlueView’s shareholders, was expected to be completed around July 2. BlueView provides compact high-resolution acoustic imaging and measurement solutions for underwater vision, monitoring, survey, detection and navigation. Teledyne Technologies supplies instrumentation, digital imaging products and software, aerospace and defense electronics, and engineered systems.

Teledyne Technologies and LeCroy Corp. of Chestnut Ridge, N.Y., have jointly announced their entrance into a definitive agreement stating that a wholly owned subsidiary of Teledyne will acquire all outstanding common shares of LeCroy for $14.30 per share, payable in cash.
