Volpe to Advise Laser Energetics’ Investors

Michael Volpe was named a senior adviser for the investor relations program at Laser Energetics Inc.

Volpe will coordinate with Ray Dirks and Michael Little to expand Laser Energetics’ shareholder base and to elicit investor interest.

He brings to the new role more than 25 years of Wall Street experience and was a senior-level branch manager at Josepthal & Co. and Oppenheimer & Co. He oversaw sales, recruiting and financial advising on a daily basis. In addition, he has extensive exposure to high-net-worth retail clients and institutional customers, and has knowledge of investment banking, IPOs, and equity sales and trading.

Laser Energetics develops laser products that address applications in industry, science, medicine, homeland security and the military.
