Colvin to Step Down as ON Semiconductor CFO

ON Semiconductor Corp. and Donald Colvin, its executive vice president and chief financial officer, have mutually agreed to Colvin's resignation as an officer of the company. He will continue at the firm for up to 90 days while a replacement is sought.

The search process for a new CFO was launched by the board of directors and is in process.
