Teledyne Announces Executive Retirement, Promotions

Executive vice president, general counsel and secretary John T. Kuelbs will retire from his position at Teledyne Technologies Inc. effective Sept. 1, the company announced.

Melanie S. Cibik, who joined the company in 1999, will become its senior vice president, general counsel and secretary.

George C. Bobb III will become vice president, chief compliance officer and deputy general counsel for litigation. Bobb will report to Robert Mehrabian.

Teledyne Technologies manufactures digital imaging products and software, aerospace and defense electronics, and engineered systems.
