InfiniLED, a spinout of Tyndall National Institute of Cork, Ireland, and a portfolio company of London-based ScienceWorks Ventures plc, has announced an access agreement with Tyndall National Institute allowing InfiniLED engineers to work within the institute’s ISO 9001-certified compound semiconductor cleanrooms to fabricate its µLED technology. InfiniLED develops LED light source modules based on its patented µLED technology.
