REO Names Yousse as VP of Sales, Marketing

Photonics industry veteran Ed Yousse is REO’s new vice president of sales and marketing, the precision optical solutions company announced Friday.

Yousse, previously the company’s national sales manager and director of sales, said his goal is to grow the company’s market share and brand image in ultrafast lasers, military systems and analytical instruments applications, and to develop its presence in new applications through investment in product innovation.

With more than 15 years of sales management experience, he has held senior management positions at Oerlikon Optics (formerly Unaxis Optics) and Balzers Thin Films. He earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering technology from Metropolitan State University in Denver.
