48-hr Turnaround for Laser-cutting Thin Metal Parts

A new program announced by Rache Corp. guarantees 48-hour turnaround time for up to five laser-cut, flat-shaped prototypes of thin, ferrous and nonferrous metals.

Rache’s laser cutting process can cut metals between 0.0005 to 0.06 in. thick for thin, ferrous and nonferrous metals. Other materials such as aluminum, brass, copper, stainless steel, titanium and several high-temperature and exotic alloys are available and generally in stock. The process is accurate down to ±0.001 in. and has no edge factor, roll off or edge deformation. Laser stitching is also available to provide bend lines for hand forming.

The ISO:9000-compliant company also provides laser-cut production, laser welding, weld joint design, laser marking, helium leak testing and non-metal laser cutting services.
