National Instruments Promotes Starkloff
Test, measurement and embedded systems provider National Instruments has promoted 16-year company veteran Eric Starkloff to senior vice president of marketing.
Since Starkloff joined NI in 1997, he has held leadership positions across the marketing organization, leading teams that pioneered industry adoption of systems platforms such as PXI and CompactRIO, the company said.
“Eric and his teams have been responsible for the adoption and success of NI test and embedded systems platforms that have served as growth engines for the company over the past decade,” said Dr. James Truchard, NI president, CEO and co-founder.
Starkloff, who earned a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Virginia, invests his time in science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) education and serves on the advisory board of the Bradley Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Virginia Tech.
