REO Names Sales Rep in France

Precision optical solutions manufacturer REO has appointed Patrick Casnedi as its sales representative in France.

Casnedi has held several senior management roles in the photonics industry at companies ranging from component and module suppliers to systems integrators. Most recently, he was group vice president of sales and marketing at Qioptiq. Before that, he held several technical and international sales roles at Thales, including Thales Optronics, and was vice president of international sales and marketing within the Defense & Security Div. of EADS (now Cassidian).

REO manufactures UV, visible and IR high-precision thin-film coatings, optics and optomechanical assemblies for OEM manufacturers of semiconductor tools, telecom equipment, life sciences instrumentation, and aerospace, defense, laser and medical systems.
