Adept Technology Names Halio CFO

Adept Technology Inc., a provider of intelligent robots and autonomous mobile solutions, has named Seth Halio chief financial officer, effective Oct. 3.

Halio, who received a Bachelor of Science in business administration from Bucknell University in Pennsylvania, has nearly 30 years of senior financial management experience in public accounting, and in both public and private venture-backed companies. He was previously CFO at LED Engin Inc., Novariant Inc., Diamond Foods Inc. and Spectra-Physics Inc.

At Adept, he will be responsible for accelerating the company’s financial turnaround and for managing its global finance and information technology organizations.
