Omega Engineering Opens Office in Brazil
Omega Engineering, a provider of process measurement and control products, held a grand opening Monday at its new office in the Campinas area of São Paulo, Brazil.
Omega Engineering Brazil, under General Manager Antonio Gomes, will provide applications and technical support engineers to support customers in the region. Omega's temperature, pressure and flow products have applications in automotive and aerospace, oil and gas, pharmaceutical and chemical, and food and beverage industries, among others.
“We feel that our new Brazilian customers will be pleased to have Omega as a reference for process measurement and control — from a single thermocouple wire to another 100,000 possibilities,” Gomes said.
Omega Engineering is a unit of England-based Spectris plc, a developer of instrumentation and controls.
