Compass-EOS Names New CEO

Compass-EOS, a next-generation routing and icPhotonics vendor, has appointed Matthew Bross as chairman and CEO, replacing Haim Shani and Gadi Bahat, respectively. Shani will remain as a board member, while Bahat will pursue other challenges.

Bross most recently was CEO at IP Partners Ltd. Before that, he served in executive roles at Huawei Technologies, British Telecom and Williams Communications.

He will lead the company’s innovation, investment and business strategies across multiple technologies from the US and Israeli offices.
