JDS Uniphase Corp. of San Jose, Calif., and Nepean, Ontario, Canada, and

In related news, OCLI announced that a stockholder meeting, scheduled to approve its own merger with JDS Uniphase, would be adjourned until Feb. 4 to consider the development.
