CVI Laser Optics Appoints VP

IDEX Optics & Photonics has chosen Bob Muscat to lead the CVI laser optics business unit as vice president.

Muscat will lead the manufacturing sites, which are located in Albuquerque, Leicester, England and Kyongki-Do, Korea.

Muscat is the former vice president of Thermo Fisher. In the past, he has held similar leadership positions at General Electric and Rock Tenn. He also has experience in environmental and process monitoring.
