Generation Growth Capital Acquires Innovative Laser Technologies

Generation Growth Capital Inc., a private equity firm, has acquired Innovative Laser Technologies Inc. of Minneapolis, a designer and fabricator of laser workstations. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

Laser Technologies’ management team will remain in place.

“We plan on investing in new systems, processes and people to help manage the growth that the company is experiencing,” said John Reinke, managing director of GGC.
