Omicron Enlists GMP as New Sales Distributor

Omicron is expanding its sales network in Europe with the help of a Renens, Switzerland-based distribution company.

General Microtechnology & Photonics (GMP), a distributor of lasers, spectroscopy and photonics products, as well as micropositioning equipment, will now serve as the sales representative for Omicron’s entire product line in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. The company, with headquarters in Germany, develops and manufactures lasers, LEDs and other types of optics devices and applications.

The collaboration with GMP adds to Omicron’s already extensive global sales network, which includes distribution partners in China, England, Israel, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Taiwan and the U.S., among others.
