Temicon, Holotools Merge
Temicon GmbH and holotools GmbH have merged to expand their portfolios of micro- and nanotechnologies produced with laser lithography.
The companies will operate under the Temicon name, with holotools used as a trademark for products made with interference lithography created for optical, medical, solar and environmental applications.
Temicon uses UV and interference lithography, thin-film technologies and electroforming to produce nanoimprint tools, injection molds, metal micro parts and stencils with functional micro- and nanostructure patterns.
Holotools uses large-scale interference lithography to produce sub-wavelength antireflective surfaces without any seamlines on areas up to 40 in. diagonal.
