Laserage Acquires DLI Laser Processing Division

Laserage Technology Corp. has acquired the laser processing and contract manufacturing divisions of Directed Light Inc.

Laserage will now offer two state-of-the-art laser facilities: in the Midwest and northern California. The acquisition is expected to strengthen the company’s regional contract manufacturing capabilities.

Laserage serves the medical device, aerospace and industrial business-to-business markets.

Directed Light is a provider of cost-effective laser technology services, including laser welding (hermetic sealing), cutting, drilling, ablation and marking.
