JML Optical Industries has acquired Harold Johnson Optical Laboratories Inc. (HJOL).

HJOL, of Gardena, Calif., manufactures custom optics in prototype and production-volume quantities, serving defense, industrial, medical and research customers worldwide.

JML also serves companies worldwide, focusing on alleviating imaging challenges through the design, manufacture and testing of custom optical assemblies, components and systems.
