Bob Edmonds Appointed VP of Marketing at Elbit America

Elbit Systems of America LLC, a subsidiary of Elbit Systems Ltd., has appointed Bob Edmonds vice president of marketing. Edmonds succeeds Steve Roser, who is retiring after seven years with the company.

Edmonds’ role will entail new business development, as well as leading all marketing activities.

Before entering the private sector, Edmonds served in the U.S. Air Force for more than 27 years, retiring at the rank of Brigadier General. He has also worked in the White House as a White House Fellow, and on Capitol Hill as the lead for Air Force congressional affairs for both the House and the Senate as the Deputy Director for Legislative Liaison.

Edmonds graduated from U.S. Air Force Academy with a degree in civil engineering. He also holds a master's degree in civil engineering from Columbia University, where he was a Guggenheim Fellow, and a master’s in national security strategy from National War College.
