Sanyo Signed as TeraView’s Japanese Supplier

Terahertz technology developer TeraView Ltd. has appointed Sanyo Trading Co. its new supplier in Japan.

The agreement aims to strengthen TeraView’s position as a terahertz provider and forge a significant relationship with Sanyo, a company actively involved with the supply of analytical systems and solutions for customers in Japan for almost 70 years.

A spinout from Toshiba Corp. and Cambridge University, TeraView is a developer of fault analysis and quality assurance for semiconductor chips used in mobile computing and communications, as well as nondestructive inspection of high-value coatings used in the automotive, pharmaceutical, food and solar industries.
