Centrotherm Reports Revenue Down, Profits up in 2015
Process technology and equipment supplier Centrotherm Photovoltaics AG has announced €19 million ($21.8 million) in earnings before interest and tax, compared to last year’s €19.6 million.
With about €139 million of consolidated revenue, the company also lies slightly below its 2015 revenue forecast of between €150 million and €200 million, reflecting a lack of new business in its silicon segment and a delay to its large-scale polysilicon factory project in Qatar.
Consolidated total operating revenue declined to €141.1 million from €184.1 million in 2014, while consolidated profit rose to €7 million from €1.2 million in 2014.
Centrotherm is a developer of production solutions for the photovoltaic, semiconductor and microelectronic industries.
