Jan von Schuckmann Appointed to Centrotherm Board

The supervisory board of process technology and equipment supplier Centrotherm Photovoltaics AG has appointed Jan von Schuckmann to its management board.

Von Schuckmann, who led Rena Technologies GmbH for the past two years, previously spent nine years as CEO and management leader at Herlitz AG before restructuring Centrotherm as its chief restructuring officer and management board spokesman from June 2012 to April 2014.

Von Schuckmann’s appointment follows the departure of former chief operations manager Boris Klebensberger from the management board due to “differing ideas about the company’s future strategic orientation,” according to the company.

Centrotherm is a developer of production solutions for the photovoltaic, semiconductor and microelectronic industries.
