Optex Acquires Gardasoft

Industrial LED technology provider Gardasoft Vision Ltd. has been acquired by sensor technology provider Optex Co. Ltd. of Japan.

The management of Gardasoft will remain unchanged. The companies aim to grow business and expand product and technology offerings to its global customer base.

Gardasoft designs and manufactures high-performance pulse and strobe controllers for LED lighting and high-intensity LED illuminators for the global machine vision and intelligent traffic markets. Optex serves the security, factory automation, measurement and transportation markets with its sensing technologies.
