Mauna Kea Appoints Pierre Forest COO
Cancer imaging developer Mauna Kea Technologies has appointed Pierre Forest as its chief operating officer.
Forest will be responsible for worldwide operations, commercial execution and advancement of the company’s partnership strategy. He joins Mauna Kea with more than 30 years of management, sales, marketing and operational experience in the health-care industry.
Forest succeeds Florian Kemmerich, who was retained by Mauna Kea as interim chief operating officer in 2015 to help pilot the company’s operational transition for its new commercial strategy.
From 2011 to 2015, Forest was CEO of Novescia SAS, a biology lab network operator. He was also the CEO of Abbott France Instrument SAS and general manager of the company's diagnostics division.
Mauna Kea Technologies is a global medical device company focused on the diagnosis and treatment of cancer through real-time in vivo microscopic visualization.
