Bruker Acquires Yingsheng Technology
Scientific research and analytical technology developer Bruker Corp. has acquired the assets of electronic manufacturer Yingsheng Technology Pty. Ltd. for its third-generation Advanced Mineral Identification and Characterization System (AMICS) software package and respective internet protocols.

AMICS is a software platform for automated identification and quantification of mineral and synthetic phases. It can be used in conjunction with scanning electron microscopes (SEM), SEM-related energy dispersive x-ray spectrometers or novel micro x-ray fluorescence (μXRF) analyzers.
Bruker provides systems for life science molecular research in applied and pharmaceutical applications, microscopy, nanoanalysis and industrial applications, as well as cell biology, preclinical imaging, clinical research, microbiology and molecular diagnostics.
