Wagner Appointed CTO of 3D-Micromac

Uwe Wagner has been appointed the chief technology officer of laser micromachining developer 3D-Micromac AG.

Wagner will take charge of technology management and head the engineering and process development divisions. He was most recently the chief sales officer at 3D-Micromac, following work in the company’s business development.

Wagner studied electrical engineering and communication engineering at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts, Hanover and began his professional career at Laser Zentrum Hanover. He has also worked at LPKF Laser and Electronics AG, Jenoptik Automatisierungstechnik GmbH and Jenoptik Laser GmbH, where his responsibilities included product management, international sales and new business development.

3D-Micromac develops systems for the photovoltaic, semiconductor, glass and display industries, micro diagnostics and medical technology industries.
