Dreyer Resigns from Biolase
David C. Dreyer, the senior vice president and chief financial officer of dental laser developer Biolase Inc., has resigned for personal reasons, effective January 13.
“We thank David for his service during this very important time of the transformation of Biolase,” said Harold C. Flynn, Jr., president and CEO of Biolase. “We have made substantial progress in building Biolase into a more disciplined and efficient commercial enterprise, and we thank David for his positive contributions to these efforts. Our financial organization has strengthened during David’s tenure, and we wish him the very best in his future endeavors.”
The company is currently conducting a search for a new chief financial officer. Until a replacement is named, Dreyer’s day-to-say financial responsibilities will be handled by Flynn and department leadership.
Biolase is a medical device company that develops laser systems for dentistry and medicine.
