McDonnell Appointed Chair of Photon Control Board
Optical measurement technology developer Photon Control Inc. has appointed Neil McDonnell as chair of the board of directors.
McDonnell, who joined the board in November 2016, succeeds Michael Goldstein, who will remain as executive director and acting CEO. With these changes, Photon Control's board remains composed of five independent directors and one executive director.
"Best governance practices require that we separate the roles of chair and CEO, and I look forward to working with Michael and the team as we focus on accelerating growth and reinforcing our operating capabilities this year,” McDonnell said.
Photon Control designs, manufactures and distributes a wide range of optical sensors and instruments to measure temperature, pressure, position, and flow for users in the semiconductor, oil and gas, power, life science and manufacturing industries.
