Singulus Delivers Machinery to Chinese Energy and Solar Subsidiary
Engineering company Singulus Technologies AG has signed a contract for the delivery of VISTARIS vacuum sputtering systems, as well as TENUIS II wet chemical buffer layer deposition systems, with the subsidiary of a major public energy company and producer of solar modules from China.
The machines are central components for the manufacturing of copper indium gallium selenide thin-film modules. The order volume exceeds €20 million ($21.2 million), and is still subject to the approval of the relevant boards.
Singulus Technologies is a vacuum coating, wet-chemical and thermal processing machine developer.
