MRSI Bonder Installed at MIT's AIM Facility

MRSI Systems, a provider of die bonding and epoxy dispensing systems, has installed its flagship MRSI-M3 Die Bonder in the American Institute of Manufacturing’s (AIM) Photonics Academy’s Education and Practice Factory at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

The facility was built to enhance MIT’s education and training programs in integrated photonics manufacturing for the next generation of engineers. The MRSI-M3 will be an integral part of the education and training program in chip packaging, board integration and assembly and inspection and testing.
