Palmer Appointed VP of Operations at CST Global

Semiconductor foundry Compound Semiconductor Technologies (CST) Global Ltd. has appointed Gary Palmer as vice president of operations.

Palmer joins CST from Huawai. He has held senior management and director roles in the semiconductor field for the past 25 years, including positions at Intense, IQE Europe, NEC Semiconductors, Samsung Semiconductors and Anadigics Inc. He brings experience in the consumer, automotive, aerospace, defense and telecommunications markets.

Palmer holds a bachelor’s degree in microelectronics from Galsgow Caledonian University.

CST Global is a provider of custom and foundry services for III-V opto devices.
