Cartwright Joins Thomas Research Products/Norlux
Thomas Research Products/Norlux has appointed Brandon Cartwright as the company's director of new business development. The company, part of Hubbell Lighting Components, manufactures complete LED power and control solutions for OEMs and retrofitters.
Cartwright will engage with lighting customers that include OEMs, ESCOs, retrofitters, engineers and designers. In his role as director of new business development, he connects customer requirements with product development. He will support customer objectives with new Thomas Research lighting component solutions as well as Norlux custom design, testing and manufacturing services.
Cartwright brings than 16 years advanced technical experience in the lighting industry. He comes to the company from Xenio Systems, where he managed Internet of Things and smart lighting marketing. Previously, he held engineering and marketing positions with Infineon, Cirrus Logic, Kenall Lighting and Philips Bodine. Cartwright earned a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering as well as a master's degree in engineering management, both from Christian Brothers University. He holds two lighting patents.

Thomas Research Products provides complete component solutions for OEMs utilizing LEDs. Products include high-performing LED drivers, LED light engines, surge protectors, transformers and wireless lighting controls. Norlux provides custom design, testing and manufacturing services.
