Zwerner, Thangadurai to Advise Versalume

Lighting developer Versalume LLC has added two new advisors to accelerate growth and expand its international presence.

Jeff Zwerner, head of design at One Medical Group, has 25 years of experience in launching brands and products. In addition to founding the international design consultancy, Factor Design, which he later sold to Palm Inc., Zwerner has held senior leadership roles at Apple and Evernote. He will advise Versalume on product definition, market positioning and design.

George Thangadurai, executive vice president and head of international business at Borqs Technologies Inc., was previously the chief strategy officer and executive vice president of marketing at Agreeya Mobility. He was also the general manager for strategy and product planning, as well as the general manager of PC client services at Intel Corp. Thangadurai will advise Versalume in the areas of PC/gaming, Internet of Things and international business strategy.

Versalume is a manufacturer of smart, integrated lighting products and solutions using fiber optics.
