B&W Tek Raman Analyzer Selected as R&D 100 Finalist

Mobile spectroscopy solutions developer B&W Tek Inc. has been selected as a 2017 R&D 100 finalist for its i-Raman Pro ST portable see-through Raman analyzer.

The i-Raman Pro ST collects Raman signals from materials inside opaque containers and packages. The see-through feature minimizes the risk of exposure by keeping samples in the containers while also maintaining sample integrity. The large spot size also helps decrease the risk of photo damage to materials while increasing the sampling area to ensure proper identification. The i-Raman Pro ST is used in a variety of industries including package inspections, raw material identification and bioscience analysis.
