Jenoptik Opens California Facility

Integrated photonics company Jenoptik AG has opened a new application center in Fremont, California.

The new office will serve the engineering and product development needs of the region. Personnel will provide local support and help customers support their projects. The center will also serve as a hub to connect and integrate competencies from other development centers of Jenoptik worldwide.

Jenoptik now has 30 facilities across the globe and eight offices in the U.S. Its capabilities range from the development and manufacturing of high-precision optical and micro-optical systems and solutions to digital imaging and customized software solutions for markets including life sciences, medical systems, laser materials processing, semiconductor manufacturing and silicon photonics.
