LaCroix Precision Optics Names New President

Precision optics manufacturer LaCroix Precision Optics has announced the promotion of Kirk Warden to president of the company, effective July 2. Warden will replace Raymond LaCroix Jr., who will assume the role of chairman of the board.

Warden has been with LaCroix Precision Optics for 15 years and has served as executive vice president (EVP) since 2012. As EVP, he managed day-to-day operations and the sales and marketing efforts of the company. He has a bachelor's degree from the University of Arizona and an MBA from Oklahoma City University.

Raymond LaCroix Jr. has served as president of the company since 1985. In his new role as chairman of the board, he will continue to participate in corporate strategic planning and provide counsel to the president.

“This is an exciting new chapter for our company,” said LaCroix. “I know Kirk will do a great job, and we are confident about the future of LaCroix Precision Optics under his leadership.”

LaCroix Precision Optics’ capabilities include spherical, aspherical, plano, and custom-coated optics. The company uses both traditional and advanced CNC processing methods to achieve the highest level of precision and quality. The company is certified to ISO 9001:2015, and is ITAR-certified and compliant.
