Teledyne Rearranges Leadership of EEMI

Teledyne has announced executive promotions within its Environmental and Electronic Measurement Instrumentation (EEMI) Group, along with the resignation of Thomas H. Reslewic, group president of EEMI and vice president of Teledyne.

Sean B. O’Connor, current chief financial officer of Teledyne EEMI, will assume management responsibility for the EEMI Group as chief operating officer and chief financial officer. He joined Teledyne in 2012 following the acquisition of LeCroy Corp., where he had been CFO of the publicly traded company since 2005. Before joining LeCroy in 2001, O’Connor held a number of legal, finance, and tax positions at both industrial and public accounting companies.

Kevin Prusso, current vice president of worldwide sales and marketing of Teledyne Test & Measurement Instrumentation (LeCroy), will become vice president and general manager. Prusso joined LeCroy in 2004, with his responsibilities progressively increasing over the last 14 years. Before LeCroy, Kevin held sales and business leadership roles with other providers of electronic test and measurement instrumentation.

Vicki Benne, current vice president and general manager of Teledyne ISCO, will become vice president and general manager of Teledyne Environmental Instrumentation. Benne joined Teledyne in 2004 following the acquisition of ISCO, where she had been CFO of the publicly traded company since 1999. Her responsibilities progressively increased over the last 30 years at Teledyne and ISCO.

Reslewic resigned to pursue other professional opportunities.

“I sincerely congratulate Sean, Kevin, and Vicki,” said Robert Mehrabian, chairman and CEO of Teledyne. “They have not only demonstrated strong leadership in large, successful Teledyne businesses, but each has successfully integrated bolt-on acquisitions of key new products and technologies. I am delighted to provide them additional responsibility.”
