Harvard Bioscience Elects Edrick to Board of Directors

Harvard Bioscience Inc. has elected Alan Edrick to its board of directors, effective Sept. 3.

Edrick, 51, serves as executive vice president and CFO of OSI Systems Inc., a specialist in optoelectronics and sensors, with applications in homeland security and health care. Prior to his position at OSI, Edrick served as CFO of BioSource International, which specializes in biotechnology. Edrick has also held roles at North American Scientific and Price Waterhouse LLP.
